If you were at our special celebration event last night you will be aware that we have a special prize draw for people taking part in our evaluation, simply complete the forms below. We have both a Parent/Carer evaluation form and a Student evaluation form. The 27th form entry will win a shirt signed by Tony Mowbray and the rest of the Boro squad.
