A professional make-up artist showed our First Light film crew the secrets behind make-up for the screen.
The budding movie makers took the opportunity learn yet another facet of movie making from professional make-up artist and Deputy Director of Programme for Hair, Beauty & Complementary Therapies at Middlesbrough College, Wendy Hewitt.
Wendy explained the differences between ordinary everyday make-up and make-up for the screen and demonstrated how these techniques are applied on Megan who plays Frankie in the upcoming Riverside Studios production “Frankie’s Footballer”.
Wendy also provided us with a presentation explaining in more detail the make-up process
